& QUOTE
Using your plans and completed project questionnaire, our team develops a tailored design concept that brings your vision to life. Our smallest All Refrigerator Pantry measures 60″ x 48″, while our smallest Dual-Temp Pantry is 72″ x 54″. Standard height is 9′, with custom sizing available to suit virtually any project. Once the design is finalized, we provide detailed pricing for your custom walk-in.

DESIGN APPROVAL
After the design and specifications are approved, we prepare a comprehensive agreement outlining your selected features, finishes, project requirements, and investment.

SITE PREPARATION & FIELD VERIFICATION
Once framing is complete and before walls are closed, our trained installation team performs a site visit to run refrigeration line sets and verify all field dimensions. This critical step ensures a seamless fit and flawless installation.

ENGINEERING & SHOP DRAWINGS
Our engineering team creates detailed shop drawings based on verified field dimensions. These drawings are reviewed and approved before production begins.

PRODUCTION
Your Qoldfusion Pantry is then handcrafted to your exact specifications with meticulous attention to detail. Production lead time is approximately 16–18 weeks following shop drawing approval.
