Qoldfusion will get to know your unique style and also show you the features, craftsmanship and innovation of each Qoldfusion Pantry to determine which is the best for you. They will also request scaled architectural drawings or drawings with dimensions at this step.

Qoldfusion will get to know your unique style and also show you the features, craftsmanship and innovation of each Qoldfusion Pantry to determine which is the best for you. They will also request scaled architectural drawings or drawings with dimensions at this step.

CUSTOM DESIGN
& QUOTE
Qoldfusion will provide drawings based off of your vision. Once client approved, the design will be sent off to their estimating department to provide a quote.

APPROVAL
After a thorough discussion of your proposal and any revisions, Qoldfusion will request a signed approval and require a deposit. The approval and deposit will lead to a more detailed rendering of the custom Pantry built to your specifications, along with a QR1 (loads and connections) for your builder.

PRODUCTION
When your Cold Pantry, Dual Temp or Freezer Pantry has completed the final approved design stage, it’s ready to be constructed with Qoldfusion’s precise and professional craftsmanship.
Their manufacturing process includes only the finest premium materials including:
- commercial-grade 304 series 18-8 food grade stainless steel.
- aluminized steel.
- high density polyurethane shot-in-place foam insulation.
During the entire manufacturing process, Qoldfusion will pre-test all pantries, on-board systems, and rPods for a full week, acquiring data through sensors in an atmospherically adjustable test chamber.
Qoldfusion is dedicated to building the finest luxury refrigerators and freezers available, and their manufacturing proves it.

INSTALLATION
Qoldfusion prides themselves on their white glove installation with a precise attention to detail. The entire Pantry will arrive in a series of wood crates either by professional LTL carrier or a Qoldfusion truck (when applicable).
The Qoldfusion installers will work closely in coordination with the onsite contractors and builders.
Specially qualified and certified Qoldfusion white glove team members conduct the entire turnkey installation which includes:
- refrigeration line runs from the Pantry to the location of the rPod™(s).
- installation of Pantry and rPod™(s) per specifications.
- unit start-up and calibration of all onboard systems (home main power must be on).
For the final touches, the Qoldfusion team works with the onsite builder to add exterior finishes to integrate the new Pantry into the overall design of the room. It’s all capped off with a 2-year parts and labor floor-to-ceiling warranty and a 6-year extended compressor warranty and a user’s manual.
